Early Voting, Halloween and Assasination

If you live in Florida like I do know that you can now vote early. Don't vote for those congress people who voted for the bail out! Their names are: Alcee Hastings, Ron Klein, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Robert Wexler, Kendrick Meek, Tim Mahoney, Corrine Brown, Allen Boyd, Ander Crenshaw, Adam Putnam, Dave Weldon. DON'T VOTE FOR THESE PEOPLE. These people don't deserve to be in office.
It is looking like Barack Obama is going to win the presidency. Now, John McCain has come from behind before and I don't deny that he could do it again, but Obama is looking strong and it doesn't seem likely that McCain could triumph over this one.
Lets make one thing clear about the bail out. More Democrats voted for it than Republicans. Barack Obama and John McCain both voted for it. If you want to vote Bailout Free you are going to have to vote Nader or Barr on the presidency. I am not sure how I plan to vote, but I may vote Nader or Barr, the bail out is just that wrong.

On a lighter note, Halloween is tomorrow and I suggest that everyone have a nice safe time trick or treating, especially with your children. Halloween is a great American holiday ,but like anything else its important to be safe. Don't let kids go out alone especially young ones. Be Sure that you stay in well lit areas and go in a good neighborhood.

Two men planned an attack on Obama a few days ago. They have been arrested and are now being charged. The only thing that is scarier than this is the people applauding them for doing it. Let me state something very clearly, Killing is never the right way to deal with a problem. I don't care what Obama does, it doesn't make it right to kill him, or even ok. It is never ok to kill someone. If you are the least bit religious I don't see how you can be ok with the mention of killing. If we don't like someone we don't vote for them, that is how our society works, and if you don't like it you can move somewhere where killing is the way things are dealt with, like Iraq. It sickens me to hear good Americans acting as if these two had the right idea.

With all of this talk about how bad our choices are for president many people have decided not to vote. Please, go out and vote, for if anything, to get the congressmen out of office who voted for the bail out. You don't have to vote for the presidency, but please go out there and send those congressmen a harsh message by sending them out of office.

After the Second Debate

Watching the second debate made me realize two things. First of all that the bailout was a huge mistake; we should have fought that thing, all they basically did was give CEOs a lot of money. I know a whole lot of people who really needed a bail out when they lost their homes, let me give you an example. I have a good friend who is now 54 and is living in his office. The reason for this is that he got sick; he was diagnosed with liver cancer. He did not have health insurance, being a successful businessman health coverage was not included in such a thing. Because of the cancer he was unable to make the payments and lost his home. He could have really used a bailout about then, he worked hard his whole life and because of one stretch of bad luck he went down hard. It sickens me to hear about us bailing out CEOs when we couldn’t bail out good Americans like him first. We should let those companies who made bad decisions go down, that is how capitalism is suppose to work. We should help our own working citizens before we even consider helping a wealthy CEO.

The second thing I noticed is that neither one of these candidates are going to fix this problem. In fact neither of them are going to do anything to change America. They never answer a question, they lie and lie and lie. They are politicians just like everyone before them was. Whoever wins this election, it really won’t make a difference, you can bet on the same old crap that you are used to.
